Security is essential when creating and logging into your Iris account. This guide provides you with clear, step-by-step instructions on how to make reset your password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA).
Resetting Your Password:

In "Account Settings," navigate to the Security tab.

Click on the "Change Password" button.

You will be prompted to enter your current password and then your new password. Re-enter your new password for confirmation.

Save your changes. Use this new password for all future logins.
Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):

Go to the Security tab within your Account Settings.

Find the section for Two-Factor Authentication.

Toggle the option to enable 2FA. Choose your preferred method of authentication (Google Authenticator, another authentication app, or SMS).

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup, including scanning a QR code or entering a setup key if using an app, or verifying your phone number for SMS.

Once set up, you'll be asked for a code from your chosen method each time you log in, providing an extra layer of security.
