How to Access the OSD Menu on Your PTZOptics Camera

The On-Screen Display (OSD) lets users adjust camera settings through an interactive menu. The OSD provides access to exposure controls, color settings, image parameters, Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) configuration, system information, and more.

When initiated, the OSD will overlay all video feeds from the camera except the RTSP feed #2.

Method 1.)

Click the “M enu ” button on the included IR remote control.

Method 2.)

The PTZoptics control application has a preview window and OSD controls. Click the “ View ” button, then “ Advanced View , ” to find the OSD controls in the bottom right-hand corner. https://ptzoptics.com/ptz-app/ . For this to work, the camera must be connected to your network.

Method 3.)

Use the “Menu” and “Menu Back” buttons in the camera’s Web UI highlighted below. Type the camera's IP address into a web browser to reach the Web UI. The camera must be up on the network for this to work .

Method 4.)

Click the OSD “ ON-OFF ” button on the SuperJoy-G1 or the OSD “OPEN - CLOSE” button on the PT-Joy-G4. To the right of the Joystick controller display, three buttons are dedicated to operating the OSD for each camera connected to the controller. U se the joystick to navigate through menus. To select an option , use the OSD “ ENTER ” button . T o go back, use the “BACK” button.

Please make sure to close the menu once you have finished changing your settings. Leaving the OSD menu up can inhibit the camera's functions.
