How to turn On/Off Auto Tracking/Auto Framing

These are the various ways to turn Auto Tracking/Framing On or Off for the SimplTrack 2, Simpltrack Lite, and HuddleView Cameras only.

1. Tracking Control Software
After adding the camera to the tracking control software, you can Start/Stop Tracking/Framing on the Main View Page of the software. Your camera needs to be connected to your network to be seen in the Tracking software.
The Tracking Control Software can be downloaded from our Support Utilities page .

2. IR Remote Shortcuts
You can use the following commands on the IR remote to turn On/Off Tracking/Framing.
Press the buttons in sequence, not all at once.
Tracking/Framing On: [F1] > [5] > [ENTER]
Tracking/Framing Off: [F1] > [6] > [ENTER]
(Enter is the button on the bottom right of the remote)

3. Calling Presets through a Hardware controller.
(You can also use the VISCA or HTTP commands to call these presets.)
Preset 80: Turns On Tracking/Framing
Preset 81: Turns Off Tracking/Framing
