My Fixed Box Camera is having issue with being powered via POE

The Fixed Box camera models use non-isolated POE.

The Fixed Box Cams cannot have the SDI connection being used at the same time as the POE. If they are, the camera will shut off or have major power issues.

If you plan on using the SDI output, you must use the supplied power supply.
