I can't see my menu when I hit the "Menu" button

This is a feature that occurs only when using an IP stream.

The camera is bringing up a menu, it's just not visible from the IP stream. This is meant to prevent someone from bringing up a menu during a recording or stream that everyone viewing would see.

If you hook up the camera using HDMI or SDI you will be able see the menu.
