I have my camera hooked up to my Mac and I'm getting intermittent static in my image.

We have found that since these cameras use an uncompressed 4:2:2 signal for outputting video, certain dual core machines will have problems with horizontal static due to dropped frames.

This tends to be an issue with almost all Mac Mini's (the server edition is a quad core) as well as all Macbooks and some Macbook Pros as well.

If you are having this issue, most likely, you are using a dual core MAC.
