I need help setting up my SimplTrack camera

12/29/23 UPDATE - With the newest MAC OS we see the USB connection of the camera fail into MAC machines. It will work until the camera is switched or video muted and then will not come back until it is -unplugged/replugged in via the USB connection. We are working on this and hope to address it in the future.
