What do I do if the control app does not install correctly?

You may sometimes get an error message:
Windows error code 0xc000007b
When installing the Windows app saying it was unable to start correctly. Often you just need to fully update the computer with the Windows updates.
If that doesn't work, re-installing the C++ redistributable files usually works to fix the issue.
